Road Trip!

For a total of 4 weeks my parents and I decided to go on a trip to visit my sisters, who live in the med-west.
We had one day in Nauvoo then a week with Lindsey. Then we went to Cheryl's house and my parents left me there while they went on their cruise. They came back and we had another week with Cheryl. After that we drove back to Lindsey's and spent 2 night before driving home.

This is our first night on the road. We are in Kimball, Nebraska

After staying at Lindsey's we went to the St. Louis zoo together.

We went and saw the Peabody ducks at the Peabody Hotel.

After a fun week with Cheryl we went back up and spent 2 nights with Lindsey.

Grandpa turned 80

My Grandpa Smith turned 80 on the 23 of May. We had a big party and the family got him a tablet. I think that he will really enjoy it.

Hair Cut

I got my hair cut last Monday. I really like how short it is now. I got six inches off.

Baseball State Championship

My cousin Blake plays baseball at American Fork High School. This year they won the state championship. This is the first year sense 1985. Blake's team got a police escort home from their game.

8th Grade Completion

I have finally finished the 8th grade. I will be a freshmen next year. I am excited to be the top of the school.

The Growing Garden

Our garden is growing very well this year. We have gotten lettuce out of it, but nothing else because it is still too young.

Nails

Yesterday, my friend Alexa and I painted our nails like this. We did our base color and then used rubbing alcohol to get the letters to stick.

Down in Dixie

For spring break my Mom, Dad, Rachel, and I went down to St.George. Here are some of the things that we did.

Sock Bun

I have seen these "sock buns" around school and I just found out how to do it! (I looked it up on youtube:).

Change around the room

I changed my room around. It will take some getting use to ,but I am enjoying something new.
